Sale and refund policy

1. To benefit from return, exchange and warranty services, you must bring the original invoice
2. It is possible to return or exchange if the item is in the same original condition when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.
3. The return is within 3 days and the exchange is within 10 days from the date of purchase and receipt of the goods
4. In the event of replacement with other materials, the price difference will be refunded in the same way as it was paid
5. If the customer is outside the city of Riyadh, the order can be returned or exchanged according to the following: – If the customer wishes to return or exchange, we will be notified five days after the shipping date as follows – If the sending is incorrect, the organization will bear the shipping costs of re-sending the new order without the customer bearing any costs. – If the sending is correct and based on the customer’s request and he desires a return or exchange, the customer will bear all shipping costs to our workplace for returning and retrieving the order, a maximum of 5 days from receiving the order, notifying us of that
6.  The customer has no right to permanently return or exchange opened containers, used materials, misuse, or poor storage.
7. If the order is approved via one of the contact numbers shown, the return or exchange policy mentioned above will apply to it.
8. If the order is approved by e-mail or purchase order from the buyer (customer), the return or exchange policy mentioned above will apply to it.10. The order will be shipped after transfer within one to two days, unless the order is in large quantities, within a maximum period of three days.11. If the order is canceled before delivery and within 3 days from the date the order was created, the full amount will be refunded to the customer through his account from which the transfer was made.

 

Warranty:

(Inktech) inks are guaranteed for 45 days from the date of receipt, and the warranty requires the following items:

1- The original invoice and receipt stamp

2- The ink cartridge with the outer carton.

3- Technical report of a manufacturing defect in the cartridge or ink used. The warranty on consumable ink cartridges bearing the (Inktech) trademark is void in the following cases:

1- The ink cartridge has been refurbished, remanufactured, or tampered with in any way. 2- It has been misused for a different model printer, or used incorrectly, or stored improperly for a long period (temperature, storage location), or operated in violation of the published environmental specifications or other specifications specific to the product.

3- It shows damage as a result of abnormal use or resulting from the product not being operated by a qualified operator.

4- Continuous damage resulting from the customer’s failure to perform recommended preventive maintenance.

5- Deliberate action to address the terms of the claim and warranty to obtain unfair coverage.
